The Inner Rug is operated by Milson Group, LLC d/b/a The Inner Rug.

The goal of this website is to be useful, readable, and reasonably accessible to as many people as possible.

Accessibility is part of making the room easier to move through.

Our Accessibility Goal

The Inner Rug aims to make its website content accessible and usable for visitors with different needs, devices, browsers, assistive technologies, and ways of navigating online.

As a practical goal, the site aims to follow the general principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly known as WCAG, at a reasonable Level AA standard where possible.

What We Try to Support

The site is designed with attention to readable text, clear navigation, reasonable color contrast, keyboard-friendly links and controls where possible, descriptive link text, alternative text for meaningful images, consistent headings, mobile-friendly layouts, and avoiding unnecessary clutter.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox.

The Inner Rug may add, edit, redesign, remove, or reorganize content over time. New pages, blog posts, forms, images, embedded content, third-party tools, and platform updates can sometimes create accessibility issues.

When we become aware of a problem, we will try to review it and make reasonable improvements.

Third-Party Tools and Links

This website may include third-party tools, embedded content, forms, videos, analytics, affiliate links, book links, or outside resources.

Some third-party content may not be fully controlled by The Inner Rug. If you run into an accessibility issue with a third-party tool or external website, we may not be able to fix that outside service directly, but we still appreciate knowing where visitors are getting stuck.

Need Help Accessing Something?

If you have trouble accessing part of this website, please contact us.

Helpful details include the page or URL where the issue happened, what you were trying to do, what did not work, the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing that, and your preferred way for us to respond.

You do not need to write a perfect technical report. A simple note is enough.

No Guarantee of Perfect Access

The Inner Rug makes reasonable efforts to improve accessibility, but we cannot guarantee that every page, feature, file, third-party tool, or piece of content will always be fully accessible to every visitor in every circumstance.

Still, the intention is simple: keep improving, fix what we reasonably can, and make the site easier for more people to use.

The Inner Rug

A Dudeist-inspired place for practical philosophy, useful mind tools, simple pleasures, and the occasional reminder that life gets easier when you stop white-knuckling every frame.
